Black and White cat sculpture

This chap was my first cat commission. I am overall happy with the result because the customer was happy. I can see where to make changes the next time, to make the shape, especially the face less rat like. I think simply making the nose bridge less broad, and the actual nose itself smaller would have solved a lot of these problems, as well as setting the eyes deeper in the head. Much of these things you don't notice until you start painting!

Polymer clay over a wire and foil armature, painted with acrylics and sealed with a matt finish.
